Information we collect

We collect information you submit through our enquiry forms — name, email, phone, company, website and message — along with the page URL and standard UTM/referrer data. We also use cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel) to understand how the site is used and to improve performance.

How we use your data

To respond to your enquiry, deliver our services, send relevant updates when you've explicitly opted in, prevent abuse, and improve our website and marketing. We never sell your personal data and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Data sharing

We share data only with the processors required to operate our business — our hosting provider, transactional email provider (Resend), analytics providers, and our CRM. Each processor is contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we instruct.

Data retention

Enquiry data is retained for up to 36 months from the date of last contact, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is retained per the provider's default (14 months for GA4).

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@marketerzilla.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, UK or California, you also have specific statutory rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA respectively, and you may contact a supervisory authority if you believe we have not handled your data correctly.
